It's not anti smoking or promoting, so no offense intended.

It's supposed to represent addiction as a kind of love , and an addiction to smoking can lead to death.

Interesting take on the theme.
Quite like it (although not sure whether I'd want to wear a tshirt with cigs on - people might think I'm advising it), althought I think I'd like it more if it was a more "normal" shaped heart.

in my opinion this is a major back track from the theme. although it does represent (in a way) love and death. its not the same.
