I like the overall look, but maybe fix up the thumb on the left hand glove so it doesn't look like it's just floating there, and the right shoulder looks a little off.
Also, maybe the design could be a little smaller and further down on the shirt, not so close to the neck.
Just don't know about what shirt color(s) to use. I don't think the four others would work well, maybe just a plain white or the color on the main shirt you have shown, I guess it's gray?
But take care of those things and it's a 5 and buy.
