All comments welcome... I thought up this idea while deciding on my university course, I want to be an architect and therfore started thinking building ideas... which then eventually led to a "blueprint" design.

I hadnt fully decided what the little scribbly writing should say, but one cool idea I did have was to put all the peoples names on it who had winning submissions at threadless. Any other suggestions?

I don't like the shirt color. Maybe a dark navy blue?

that color is perfect, resembles blue print paper. good execution but i wouldn't wear it.

Yeah, the colour is suposed to be the same as blueprint colour :)

All the blueprint machines I've used make the drawings blue on white, and the blue color can be anywhere from a lighter shade of this shirt to a really dark navy blue - depending on how fast you turn the machine to.
And as an architect, I love this idea, but am not sold on the execution. None of the lines should be extending past the edges, and I really want to read what all of the notes say that have leaders pointing to the design. But then again, that's what I do.

it reminds me a lot of the layout in Jay-Z's CD "The Blueprint"...
...anybody else notice this?

I've never seen that CD, basically the whole idea is just based around blueprints, so the cd layout for ^ is most likely based on the same prinicple.

I like the type design, I would totally wear it, except blue shirts I never felt anything for :(
