I knew a few glue-eaters in my elementary school days...this is dedicated to them.

didn't paste come in that little tub? because that is definately a glue squeeze tube.
H Magoria
H Magoria on Jul 16 '05
aren't glue and paste practically the same thing though?

anyway, that tube is much more visually appealing than a jar or tub and pasty rhymes better with tasty than glue....don't hate it just because of a technicality. :o)

Sweet 5$!

The design, I mean, not glue. It's more bitter than it is sweet. That's what I hear, at least.

paste was chunky - and it wasn't elmers.
in my experience they always put a glob on a paper towel and that would be the tables to share. only they would give us the little wooden spoons that come from those ice cream cups and someone would eventually end up with it in their mouth. glue on the other hand was used to make skin and rubber cement to make boogers.
i've never heard of eating glue, just paste.

Some guys at my high school use to eat the solid glue sticks. Like seriously eat them. And no I didn't go to a special ed school.

lord, don't burst into flames, it's just a joke...see my previous comment:"anyway, that tube is much more visually appealing than a jar or tub and pasty rhymes better with tasty than glue....don't hate it just because of a technicality."

and in my experience, we used Elmer's glue..in paper cups with popsicle sticks to spread it with. But then, I'm 19, not 32.

It doesn't work cuz the word is "paste" not "pasty". And that's a picture of glue, not paste. Mediocre at best.

H Magoria on Jul 17 '05
jesus, it's a joke! What's up with you guys?

Have you never heard the word "pasty"?

past-y adj. past·i·er, past·i·est
1. Resembling paste in consistency

as a fourth year architecture student, i know we've all consumed a lot of elmers and sobo, and there's nothing wrong with that. Pasty IS tasty

I like the idea quite a bit, but the design is a little weird as my first thought was 'that's glue, not paste'.

Perhaps have the standard bottle of paste resting below the text, with the little paste spreader bit completing the last letter?

wow glue, paste..pretty similar...its not like they're two entirely different things..it's pretty much understood when you say paste but have a bottle of glue..at least i understand it and dont get caught up in the fact that it's a glue bottle not a paste tub..like she said its just a joke..its cute...4

Your all going on about glue/past?? i thought at first glance it was a pasty - Cornish Pasty, but of course no one here will have a clue what one of those is i guess....Fly to Cornwall 2find out.
