legs could be changed, yes.
but fix the cape. it's drawn wonderfully, but for some reason the color or shading, or something didn't make it look like a cape. more like a mullet. I think just change it so its not the same as the hair? i dunno maybe im just dumb. |

& yeah, i do think the "I (heart) NY" is a little over played in this theme (as much as I (heart) Milton Glaser)

I didn't even see a superhero business guy when i first looked at it...i really love the drawing...but...i didn't see the cape until someone mentioned it looked like a mulet..lol. But...I do love it as just the business guy loving new york idea. You just need to make the business girl next ;o)

to get the connection to NY, my first intention was to get the skyline of the city on the bottom (where the trousers end), but that did not fit as i wanted to have it so i had to use that one. yeah looking back maybe this could go.

Good concept just define the legs so it doesnt look like he's wearing a skirt and the cape needs to be wider to make it looks less...hair-like.

It cuts off funny at the legs, and I think it'd be better if he had a coffee or something instead of a (milkshake?), and the shirt colour is bad for the super her colours that you've picked.
BUT I really really like the concept (nobody seems to want to pick Man as the superspecies) and would mark it highly with at least the legs changed.
