text looks a bit too close together. perspective of the noose to the bell is way off but i'm sure that's secondary to the point... which is that freedom (symbolized by the Lib-bell) actually is into hanging/lynching? that the rings of the noose rope echo the peals of freedom ringing from the bell? i must have read the wrong history book. i like the colors.

The design is really poorly executed, and the typeface style isn't remotely fitting with the illustration style. Work on it.
