Well, I've been inactive on Threadless for quite a while now, and I saw this competition and leapt for the chance. The idea's pretty simple - when I come out from a gig, one of the main things I notice is how my heart has jumped up a notch on the pulse-o-meter. Now, I'm not sure whether this is because of the large quantities of lard that I've been taking in recently, or whether it is genuinely to do with the music, but either way it feels quite good. Exciting stuff eh.

Plus it's a heart, man - it represents love and all that jazz. You can't say no to love.

Music + Cardiovascular system + Love = Yay.

It's a mixture of all my favourite things, really.

why does every competition have a heart design in it. it's gotten a little old to me.

I guess it's because the heart is a very prominent symbol to us. It wouldn't be the same if I did a stomach, really.

I'd like to see the outline of the heart with a smaller stroke line but still one larger than those of the plugs coming off of it

The positioning seems kind of wierd to me, maybe a little lower I think, it just seems a little lopsided and high on the shirt. But then again, that's were your heart is located, so its awesome if that was what you were going for.

For cookiemnstr, the positioning of the heart is intended to be accurate to how it is in the body. Too many times have I seen hearts located in armpits on this site. :P
