I didn't see the first version, but this shirt will be 100% better without the "Help". Or maybe I just don't get it. I really like the _other_ part of the design.

Should it say anything else? It would be too empty with a bunch of swirls and white monsters..

lose the help or else make it in another font, i don't like how it is. and make it smaller too, it's overpowering the shirt.

Better than the previous one, but wearing a shirt with 'HELP' on it is just begging to have a nice looooong sit down with a school councellor, so I wouldn't wear it.
