I actually wasn't thinking of this as specifically for a lesbian demographic...but I can appreciate the point...I know I'm biased, but as a straight woman, I wouldn't have a problem wearing it. Funnily enough, other work of mine has incidentally appealled to the gay/lesbian market.

I just happen to love The Night Porter & was also thinking of something I read recently...that submissives hold all the power in a relationship...true, I think. :)

I love the illustration. ...but, I have a problem with work (especially potentially profitable work) based so heavily on the work of others.

So, yeah. I enjoy seeing it, recognize the technical skill required to execute it, but I would never buy this shirt because it would feel too much like taking something unfairly from the people behind the original Night Porter film promos.

"talentshow"...I really don't think that's a fair comment when you look at how much illustration here & elsewhere uses photo reference...at least I drew mine from scratch & didn't just run a threshold & trace it. The original movie poster featured Charlotte Rampling in this pose, yes...but bore no resemblance to my design/layout...& I dunno if you've heard of a little thing called post-modernism...but it's all about reinterpretation...
