you should offset it a bit maybe toward the bottom rigth so it arcs off the t-shirt

I like the dark blue and brown shirt colors best; maybe add a dark red/maroon/burgundy instead of the light-colored shirts.

Off-center would work very well with this design.

I like how you incorporated an MC Escher-esque pattern into the lizard. I suggest adding some sort of insect in the path of sight of the lizard.

cool idea but the twig needs to be a little more interesting or just lose it altogther.

have the chameleon be on a green tee that way it is actually ... somewhat... blending/camoflaged with the background.

it's not bad, not keen on the random lime green outline which is round the bottom of the tail and one of his legs though.. looks like you forgot to do the rest or something..

I agree with Robsoul - make the chameleon blend in - so it is actually camoflaged. just needs a bit more work.
