i like it but lower the image just a little.

The dart looks out of place... it's a clean silhouette, while the rest of the art is cartoonish. Also, where's his mouth?

Is this the same shirt? and same designer? There seems to be no name on the other one I found. (I knew this looked very familier so I went looking for it)

II don't like the concept, but it would look better if the dart was on a bulls eye or somehting.

why not make it a bullseye? dart placement is a little awkward.
