It's different, I'd like to see it in the middle but on the bottom, I've never seen a t-shirt with the design in the middle on the bottom and I think this would work.

maybe if the tree were outlined in green, and just the gears were green and the water blue. i really like the idea!

Maybe if the cog bgcolor was blue (like water) and not green (like land). This would also be more recognizable as a globe if Florida didn't looks so much like a short stubby dick. Yes florida is falic looking but the way you have it make's it hard for the eye to recognize the globe. but it's not just Florida but the whole of N. America is kinda out of wack same for Mexico.
But other than that nit picky BS I like the concept a lot.

the tre e looks kinda like a tumor. if it were a tad more defined i would like it.
