I'd like to see the detail on a few of the people, but overall I like it. There might be a little too much on the shirt, if you could knock it down a couple rows I'd like it more.

lose the reflection.
keep all the characters, but resize them 50% and make two rows instead of four. then i'd buy it. and a girl fit shirt would be hot too |

the reflection seems unnecessary--takes away from the figures which are fun and you want to see.
maybe have less of them, and a little larger. |
