Gorgeous. Maybe a bit more color in the border too? Maybe make the 4th color (ruffles) something (blue/green) that could also be used in the eyes to make the eyeshadow and eyeliner different colors - the way the eyes are so black is a bit uncanny. Anyway, a few tweaks and 5$.

I like it, frame and all, even though I prefer to think of myself as coquine, not coquette. :) My only objection is that the frame looks a bit too wide for what's inside. Tighten it up and lose all that empty space on the right of the figure.

A 5 if you got rid of the egg-like frame, made the image itself a bit bigger and added a little detail. XD Text is fine with me!
