well done image but there's nothing new about it... only new thing would the fact that it is on a shirt... which in and of itself actually makes it pretty interesting, given our fascination lately with airline disasters. perhaps add a bit of humor... arrows going in instead of out... or add something at the end of the arrows... or all the rats leaving like leaving a sinking ship...

...or arrows in new and interesting places.

I agree with skipcronin on this. I like how you have illustrated the plane and arrows, but it just doesn't seem original yet. I think it would be funny if it was a little smaller on the shirt, allowing the room to make the arrows go all different directions after you get them out of the plane. Maybe make them start to break into many different arrows, like people are freaking out once they get out of the plane. This could allow you to create a really cool pattern or decoration out of the arrows arround the plane.

Yeah I was really looking for something "funny" on this shirt. I'm not saying every shirt on here has to have a punchline. But right now it's just straight outta the manual so to speak.

Maybe some arrows lunging out the front windows too? (or are they considered windsheilds?)

I own a Death Cab for Cutie shirt that I think may be a little too similiar to this, as in it's a plane with the emergency exits. But, I still think that this is a totally sweet shirt.

or make it so plane is clearly on bottom of a body of water and all the arrows go straight up...

Yeh, potential for something really cool and funny here, almost there! good stuff though.

Wicked. I like that there is no joke. Sometimes it seems that wearing a T-shirt with an obvious joke on is like making up for the fact you have a shit sense of humour - like guys who wear novelty ties. Although i do like bortwein's suggestion.

I really like this...nice art to say the least. Or maybe it's just because im a pilot/plane nut. Either way, I would buy this shirt, or one with the suggestions mentioned by others above. Somehow you need to let me know when you get this shirt as good as it'll get. Then ill buy alot of it :-)

no, i like it with out being "funny". not every shirt has to be a joke. keep it as is. i would buy this.

I gave this some though after I created a "parody" version of this design, and then i realized not all shirts need to have some sort of joke behind them.

although something else might have been intended, it appears to be a blatant copy of the original. jazz it up a little.

I agree - even though there are some good sugestions on how to make this more funny, not everyone should make "glennz"-shirts........this is design we are talking about; just make sure to make it personal.

"The plane´s in a 60 degree angle, your hairs on fire and you´re looking for this *showing the way to the emergence-exits*. SHE`S thingking *you´re dead, you´re dead - I´m gone*"

haha

Sorry; one of the best standups ever by Seinfelt......

I think this is the kind of shirt that if it got printed it would make an excellent gift for all those people(I think everyone knows at least one) who are petrified of flying, I know I'd buy it just for that...but I also like bortwein's suggestion...so $+4 for now, $+5 after corrections.

I would love to wear this shirt on an aeroplane! It would almost be worth the cost to only wear it a few times.
I would wear it more often if there was something more to it like 'bortwein' suggested though.

Maybe this could be worked into it somehow... just a thought.
"The risk of dying in an aeroplane crash over a period of one year is about 0.000002, or one in 500,000."

I want this shirt bad!

I think the thick stroke around the plane that you have in the close-up view should be kept on the shirt. Personally I like the standard arrows instead of having them be trying to hard for "a funny".

I'd buy bortwein's shirt in a second (see 3rd comment).

I would only buy it if the arrows were funny somehow. I like the bottom-of-the-sea idea.

I was on a plane last night. It would have been great if I had this shirt then.

I think the arrows would work better without all being connected, otherwise it sort of looks like a wire running through it. Great idea.

it looks pretty cool but is not very creative at all. i just got off of a plane today and i saw that exact image in the emergency catalog. i like those graphics also, but if your submitting a design it has to have some of your own ideas put into it. this needs to be changed around to claim the design as your own.
