I like the references to art, but you did so rather poorly. His hands are too large and misshaped, and Venus isn't right either.

DAV'S HANDS ARE ALREADY LARGE AND MISSHAPEN. I've seen the statue, that's just how he is.
I would definitely buy this with a different message in the circle, maybe. Something like, classicism stolen by fashion. but not that long. |

ah yes!
botticelli's birth of venus and michelangelo's david! (and yea, david's hands are intentionally bigger--the statue was meant to be in an outside courtyard in florence, so when people view it from a certain angle, the hands look correct) great idea. before i saw the text, though, the first thing i thought of was censorship in art. good job! |

ha, yeah, i was initially thinking of making it about censorship in art... and yeah, the hands ARE that large int he sculpture. the only real thing which differs from the originals (apart from the undergarments and colour) is the direction their eyes are looking...

hey guys [coughkallencough] lets keep our criticizim constructive and RESPECTFUL here... i like it... my only suggestion would be... hmmm... the lines on the underwear, although sort of needed, are too big... and maybe a little too bright? other than that, i think you've done a good job
