drips are fine if they work in context with the image but they are very rarely used in that way, same with text and it works fine here.

the text is good, but there's simply no need for drips on this design. especially if only one square is going to have them... lose 'em and it's a 5$

i like the shirt... not thrilled with the drips, though it does provide balance to the design. love the life cycle idea :D

I love it how people say that the Threadless regulars hate drips, yet every other shirt has them. Yaarrr! You might as well throw in some hearts and a Che Guivarra reference.

I love this because a) it's a great idea and b) I'm a veggie. The drips work really well in this instance because they're suggestive of blood, which ties in with the death theme, so I say keep them. Both of the colour options work very well too.
Perhaps you should do a life cycle one, just as a comparison... |

i thought the drips were oil from the fyer, i like em. and i hate drips for the most part.

i'm a giant fan of how it's associated with chinese food (at least for bubukiller), and yet the caption is in french. you get a 5 just for that...and for the shrimp's expression.

Really like the shirt, no drips would be nice, but overall it's great. Especially love the drawn look of the boxes of the shrimp.
