It's really brilliant, and looks VERY, VERY good on the shirt. I only wish the breast part would be more covered. You deserve a 5! Keep up the good work.

hey this is a great illustration Karyl. I really like the details and expression of her face, she looks meditative. I actually don't mind how the breasts are slightly exposed, I guess if you want to be PC then some more extra strands of hair could cover it more. It looks great regardless :) thanks for looking at my design btw.

I really love the detailed lines in the feathers! The back of the t-shirt is my favorite part. I would love a shirt with just the feathers!

This looks really good. My only opinion would be that the torso seems a little lifeless like it's actually a barbie doll torse not a real person. Like it's too perfect. Great illustration.

I don't understand why white people think its ok to constantly design out of cultural context. It is not cute, ironic, or hip. It is offensive.

I have commented time and time again, but it is best if you read the link bellow.

I hope next time you will research before you sit down on the drawing board.

Your design is offensive to the headdress ceremony in general. The ceremonial dress only must be worn by a man. Each feather is symbolic to particular acts of valor that man has endured for the tribe. The headdress is typically worn for weddings, and events, not for "fun". Furthermore, only men make the headdresses as well. The headdress would certainly not be made for a white woman.

I implore you to do research next time you illustrate, it is vital to the multi-cultural notion of respect I'm sure you endorse.

I apologize, another person had already addressed that. I know that I should have researched about it first. It started out as a request from an important person, so I drew it without being aware of its history. I thought it would work well as a shirt so I decided to try it out on threadless. I deeply apologize for it being offensive, I didn't for it to mean anything bad. I promise to prevent anything like this to happen again. I do not support wearing headdresses for fun, it was all drawn for the request.

Hey dude is pure art don't worry if results offensive to somebody just express yourself. The artist need to express what feel inside just think if Picasso or Dali works thinking to like everyone. This is not the first time I saw a white woman using this ceremonial hat. I just love it very Trendy! Awesome job.
