First submission. Woo-hoo. I don't like the idea much, but everyone else who's seen it really likes it.

there's actually something about this shirt i really like. but i don't think i like it enough. it may be the hard line at the bottom, and the 2 dimensional look of the slice. maybe a bit of drip? violence is in.

Crap on a cracker! I submitted the wrong version. I made another version that was smaller, and the brain was further away and I think it looks a ton better. But no one has complained yet, so the sizing is fine...?

Is there any way for me to edit this, or am I stuck with just having to resubmit and wait for approval again?

gukid: The hard line at the bottom is the shirt seam, it's not part of the design.

yes, i believe that it applies to me, too... i agree, maybe remove the outline on the skin that was cut. i would buy it as is, though.

I love the concept, but the flatness bothers me somewhat. The wings add a nice dimensionality, but they clash with the brain itself, which is a purely sagittal view (in other words, a straight-on profile rather than pointed slightly toward the viewer, as the positioning of the wings would suggest).

I'm a neurologist, so maybe I'm picky. I'd probably buy it if it got printed, though, so I could wear it to my lab. :)

the idea is good but the images don't blend well together. maybe work more on the girl to get her to be the same as the brain. i think the styles clash a little too much.
but 4 because i like the idea.

Another really cool idea...some creative direction thoughts you can take or ignore:
- brain stem ends in falcon talon/s
- head goes to shirt bottom (no line)
- keep the bird theme but extend it...so head isn't sliced open cleanly but broken open jaggedly, either like an egg or by adding nest twigs (which could be intervoven with/as flowing hair line as well)
