My second design, this time with WRAP-AROUND ACTION(tm)!

This started as a sketch, obviously. Don\'t fret, Threadless people, the graphic is fully vectorized and color separated, and uses only 3 colors if printed on khaki.

I think the satellites in the background detract from the main design, otherwise it's neato.

i like it

but i thought thredless doesn't print wraparound shirts

I'm pretty sure they can't or won't print it with a wraparound. So I would prefer it centered (or at least not cropped). Nice rendering.

haha
i like the design with its title
but im not sure if people would understand
hey that's God...and he's watching everything...
( assuming that's the intended message )

he looks a bit like santa claus...

-k.

Hey guys, thanks for feedback! Allow me to address a few of the issues that have come up:

- According to the rules I read, they can print anywhere on a shirt as long as it doesn't cross over a seam and is 15" or smaller. Tshirts don't have seams on the sides. Plus they've already printed wrap around shirts before.

- It's only an allusion to God. Make of it what you will, I didn't want to be overly obvious.

- The pin thingies are just tangents sprouting out from various line formations on the brow.

Thanks again, keep it coming. =)

good illustration, but I'm not digging the whole 'God' thing and the pins look a bit too Hellraiser, but as I said nice work, it caught my eye. >4

"If you don't leave us cookies and milk, we'll TEAR YOUR SOUL APART!" I really just don't get this design. And even if they would print a wrap-around, it's a pretty half hearted wrap-around and doesn't work too well that way.

It's a great sketch though...

Not all... most are created on a tube so it is seamless on the sides.

Beautiful sketching. Your color choices look great. I usually prefer one-color graphics but I would definitely have to consider this if it gets printed.

PS the sat. dishes are shweet.

Oh man that's awesome. The dishes are awesome. If the wrap-around thing actually works that'd be an excellent shirt, fantastic.

I just can't get myself to like designs at the bottom like that. Love the sketch though (minus the sat. dishes)

that's fucking rad to see something that someone actually took time to draw. brilliant.

The wrap-around would be cool if people were flat like the picture up there, but because the design would have to go around the person and under his/her arm, God would just be staring at the underside of your arm all day. Great design though. I really hope it gets printed.

5$

krebscout on Jun 23 '05
this is from a photo you took? gee, i could never get close enough to God, santa, or divinci to take a picture.

anyway, this is hot.

why would you make it a wraparound? that's dumb. like darth samir said, most of this hotness would be covered up or distorted.

$5 anyway.

i think it's vy good design and drawing
but i think the drawing should be better to put in the front of the tee

quite good idea and topic, quite intelligence feeling!~

hey, I don't mean to sound pessimistic or anything but here are the rules :

Design Dimensions & Placement : The design must be within a 15 x 15 inch area and may not extend over shirt seams or be a 'wraparound'.

Which kinda means it can't be printed.

But it looks very good though.
bdragule
bdragule on Jun 24 '05
barking_cats, the design doesn't wrap around any more than E-Love (http://www.threadless.com/product/110/E-Love). The image is not meant to go completely to the back, but rather to the side. The reason I drew it that way on the shirt is because the shirt is represented flat.
