i must join the throng of screaming fans. it reminds me of big fish, and not just because it is a ... big fish. the tree and concept remind me of tim burton. in conclusion, that deserves a 5.

CCAD keeps churning out talented folks. Regardless of the reference, this is very well done. Fine art sometimes can't translate to apparel graphics. This is brilliant.

Reminds me of a graphic children's book, The Day I Swapped My Dad for Two Goldfish, soft back not hard bound version. Great illustrations. Also reminiscent of the whole iceberg concept, not really knowing what lies beneath the surface. It's nice.

this is BEAUTIFUL, it's amazing. It's the best thing I've ever seen on Threadless. I agree that it does remind me a bit of Big Fish but that's a good thing! It's just spectacular, they would be insane not to print this. 5$ without a doubt.

Please read up on Brad Holland and copyrights if you haven't already. He is the primary force right now fighting for Illustrator's rights. Being that you are an illustrator too, I wouldn't piss in the pool you swim in. It is a nice image though.

woooow... Stealing a Brad Holland Illustration... Cant believe threadless didnt catch this one. I mean its not like Brad Holland isnt one of the most well known illustrators of all time. Oh, and look at that.. someones already called it out. Yep and theres the link... havent seen it in ahwhile, but deffinitely remembered the painting, since it was such a great concept... especially when it was an original.... The tree on the fish's back was lifted from Chapter 3.3 of The Chaos Hypertextbook.

i beive the tree used in this image was ripped from google image search , after looking into it further i saw it may have been from a copywritten text book,

I saw a picture at a graphic design conference a month ago, a picture which could've been by an illustrator, i forgot his name, but this picture is a rip of his original illustration.
