I like the design but not the starburst. Nice colors. Linework could be cleaned up a bit, but I like the style.

i like the linework, but i'm not a fan of shadows that aren't actually darker than what's around them (the grey vs blue).

Anybody who can afford to pay $15 for a shirt is filthy rich compared to the vast majority of the rest of the world...I couldn't do that in order to make such a statement.
