kitsch. i like it. but the relationship between the two flames needs to be more dynamic. i would try making the yellow flame a bit larger and moving it more behind the woman.

The fire elements just look added as an afterthought. They don't seem to have much to do with the woman or the gun or the logo, and they don't seem related to each other. It looks like you forgot to fill in part of her dress sleeve with red. Why is only the gun casting a shadow? I'm not a fan of this shirt primarily because the woman is from a popular clip art collection. However, this does have a whimsical feeling that is nice. I think if you spent a few hours and drew your own version of this concept, in your own style, it would be better.

I like the concept, but I agree with the others in that it seems like more time could be spent on the design. The title "Spring Cleaning" makes it more humorous, but I feel you could incorporate that more. As in, have her cleaning with her left hand (rubber glove or something) and then still holding the gun with her right. Again, good concept!
