I really love the drawing itself, but on the shirt, it seems to be riding the fence between subtle and drawing attention to it. Both are good, but if you're going for understated, maybe move it a little closer to the right sleeve. If you want the picture to be the focus, it might work better on a white or black shirt. The actual drawing flows very nicely though

This is an incredible illustration, as they have all said, but I agree that it either needs more contrast or needs to be less centered. It's such a dramatic picture, and the current balance isn't really flattering it.
