Ok this is awesome except that it's white. I think you should reverse all the colors (so it's white on black). I don't even care about the bear that much, I just want a shirt that says 'shut up, i'm awesome' on it!

You'll need to learn how to take criticism of your work if you expect to get better. You should let people comment and leave it at that. Your work should be able to hold it's own. you were bold enough to use text on your shirt design which is dangerous territory on this site. Nice job. But listen to others, you'd be surprised at what you can learn about yourself and your work.
