Great concept. I don't think this design is communicating it though.

at first i thought it was an open nut shell with the nut having melted out. then i figured out it was silly putty. i think it needs to be a little more obvious what we're looking at.
jadis23
jadis23 on Jun 01 '05
btw, so a suggestion to make it more obvious is if the putty has been shaped into something already (or is in the process of being shaped).

I have been toying with the idea of putting the design on a different color shirt, adding a 4th color to the print for the egg case, and adding a newspaper transfer image onto the putty... but that's just an idea so far.

try adding more shape to the silly putty, cause right now it looks like an old rag just sitting there. nice idea, just incomplete.

Ouch! Thanks for that one Jazzy... like I wasn't getting that idea from the other 19 comments. Oh and thanks for joining on the same day you drop a comment out like that, real nice of you.

I thought it was two avocado halves and a piece of cheese.

Agree with AlecCrieco,
Is this suppossed to be, "the come right out and tell us convention?"
I'm hearing some serious hypercriticality!
Which means the art has worked.
Art for arts sake, that is to say, art at the end of the day...
