wrap it, fold it, bend it!

It's very cool, but I just don't think it looks too good on a shirt. The graphic is quite awesome, though.

Fantastic design for a t-shirt. This would look so cool on an actual, moving human body. Kudos to you for not just sticking some cutesy graphic on the template and calling it a "design".

I agree with rotkopf. It would look cool stitched on I think, give it some raised texture (though Threadless doesn't do this).

thanks for the comments so far! this is my first design so I am really looking forward to seeing what peopl ehave to say.

I recently ordered the reprint downpour shirt and its printing seemed to have a raised quality.

I agree that I think this shirt would look neat on actual moving, bending, stretching people

rather large, maybe smaller, would love to see this shape contrasted with a natural form like a leaf, maybe the curvature of a leaf, something like that. lose the gray/black part.

it seems like it is almost travelling, maybe have it travelling around a bird like a wind tunnel effect.

i enjoy this far more that most of the t shirts on here, as normalacy doesn't leave anything for the imagination. i agree with robsoul, the black area deters from the design as a whole, it would be interesting to watch this react to the everyday movements our upper bodies make.

robsoul:

thanks for the comment. I considered including some kind of "human" /"organic" element. but in the end I decided to stick with pure surfaces instead of the line drawing+butterfly/fish/leaf that you often see

it might make the shirt more attractive to add something like that but it would also make it more categorizable/recognizable, the forms would take on some kind of symbolic meaning which is currently blissfully absent

the red is killer, maybe add some sort of 1 worded message that you could do something awesomely cool with the text of? just needs that last focal point or reason to be there... 5 none the less for the red.

that's an awesome shirt! i'd buy it, and wear it proudly. $5

i agree with robsoul that this needs something, even something subtle, to contrast with the lines. it's rather boring to me in its current state...

i don't think the flat format of the layout does you justice; i think this would look very nice if someone was actually wearing the shirt beucase (i imagine) the lines would complement he shape of someone's body well.

I also think it's good you kept it simple and didn't put some cheesy word or picture on it.

Good job!
