i think you could get away with a simple line for the question mark and heart.
im not too keen on the hand rendering. image overall looks better in 4 colours, imo. |

i agree with // bren that if the question mark and heart were one line it would look a little better, but other than that I LOVE it. I've gone through quite a few designs, and this is the first one I was compelled to comment on. A definite 5 and a buy if they make it. :)
