too big, bad illustration, poor placement on the shirt, it's just really uh... not so good.

Center it and make it smaller. And brighter, because it's really dark. Aside from that, it's fine.

Smaller on the upper chest would be much better. Then it would make people look closer at the design. Instead of just glancing.
