i like the idea of having a bird... but it looks awkward. maybe if you changed it to a smaller bird... like a hummingbird or those little things that hop around? i'd like that. good job!

asian stuff is way overdone. it would be okay if the design was so-freaking-amazing that you could ignore the fact that asian-styled images have become really clichéd, but i'm sorry, it's not. it's just not executed well. it needs refinement.

The characters on there mean "loyal, nation, end", all of which really has nothing to do with the design, I'm getting a little tired of these random kanji characters as well..

Kanji is crap. Shirts, tattoos, shampoo bottles, whatever.

i'm seeing this as some weird mix of asian and ancient indian (think mayan, aztec) art. i kind of like it, but not enough to buy.

garr is right, the kanji make no sense in either Chinese or Japanese. "loyalty, nation, finished" would be one possible translation of the three, but they are just gibberish when used together. The design works better without them, I think. You could make the kingfisher bigger and more prominent to balance the design, and I think it would look less awkward.
