I think it's kinda cute. It reminds me of a totally bizarre saying that my English teacher told me once: "The clouds are not above the barking of dogs."
I still haven't fully figured out what it means...and it's been a good 10 years...

It saddes me to know that people think that if they fling a pile of "cute looking" trash together and call it a design, it might get made into a shirt.
