I've also seen this exact graphic on a graffitied wall near my work. It's been there for a few years. It's literally identical to yours, but better executed since the colours are more inventive.

Yeah... I made the whole shadow evolution thing a while ago, but it was an early design and I never liked it very much, I just wanted to see if you guys weould like it... apparently not. Ah, well.
