The design is certainly 'cute' but is too symmetrical; the eye is not drawn to any aspect in particular, just the center of the design.

Sorry, doesn't work for me in the slightest, way too cutsie and those extra hearts everywhere make me wana hurl. Poor colour choice and being a girls t-shirt you can imagine the position of the Whales!
