I would like this a lot more if the text was more like a caption: "Fig. 1: Hangover Cure". Something like that, or at least a lot more subtle. The illustration, placement, and size are nice, but the type is taking away from it. If the treatment of the text was much smaller and simpler I think this would be a stronger design.

Kevin had some good points. I'm not a text nazi like a lot of people here, but this does seem to be a little too much.
