Yeah, the hand looks too happy cartoony, if it had a dead hand or something I'd totally dig it.

the text, "not for me" should be in a different color then the text engraved on the head-stone. The hand should be a little more grotesque and detailed and not so swollen looking. Maybe even add black or bright pink fingernails (match the fingernail color with the color used for the text "Not for me"). Most of your rock and metal themed shirts are black, so i would rework the colors in the design and place it on a black or any other dark colored shirt. I would highly recomend doing just that and then re-submit it.
