Do NOT center it... I like it placed where it is... maybe others would like it better if the rockets traced all the way across to the opposite shoulder?

Yeah, don't center it. The placement is good. If anything, maybe move it up about 1" (1" on a REAL tee, that is) so that it hugs the neckline a little more.
