Nintendo killed you, but your design uses a Space Invader which (I shouldn't have to say this) is not exactly a Nintendo character. If you're going to make a tribute to Nintendo specifically, I think you should use an actual Nintendo character, or game reference.

is not a specific nintendo refference. its a refference to any gaming console that has ever esited . it just so happens that when you say "nintendo" everyone knows what you are talking about.
