Beautiful Design. I love all the asian type art.

If the guy's head was up to the height of the arm on the actual shirt (causing the blossoms to be closer to the shoulder), I would buy this shirt.

I really like this, the colors work well. I agree with removing the text, I dont see that it serves much purpose here. It states the obvious within the image, something Im also guilty of. I would also like to see the image large enough to come up almost the entire right (as you look at it) side of the shirt. if those were to change Id buy it becuse my wife loves it, but as it stands now, its simply a 5. Very nice all round design. Its tranquil.

the 'think simplicity' makes it seem like an ad for simplicity patterns.

Great drawing, not too keen on the type. Firstly, 'simplicity' looks like you used a computer-italicising instead of using an actual italic, get the italic version of the font (i might be wrong here but something looks funny about it). Secondly, "THINK" dosen't relate visually to the drawing, it is all bold and hard corners while the drawing is smooth and flowing and there is no apparent reason for that contrast. It is also kind of big. So I'd say rethink the type completely.

but the text... augh. hideous. sorry, but that's about the best I can give. Either lose it alltogether, or change the typeface, rethink its layout and size and then MAYBE drop it back in. but the illustration is nice and i'd totally buy it without the text. |
