It looked like paper to me, but maybe add on a larger band at the top or 3 holes on the side to reference paper that would be in a binder...maybe that'd make it too busy though... :D

I saw tornado as well, until I read the title (which won't be on the shirt) so... maybe tweak that. Otherwise, cool idea.

I thought it looked like a tornado, and then I thought, "No one else is gonna think that!" Then I looked at the comments and everyone else thought it was a tornado as well. So you might wanna fix that. Other than that, cool shirt!
