This is excellent. An amazing example of not over or under-selling your story. The best part is that it would work for almost anyone in any business. It might be funny to have one that said 'customer'. But this probably works better anyway. Even IF the design sucked, the execution would warrant a four or five.

About my design
Originally I planned to label each pin (Pain in neck:computer won't work, shot in foot:budget reduced, pin in head: client has "great idea", etc) but it was just too busy for a t-shirt.
I am sure I am not the only one who would enjoy a client voodoo doll! Enjoy.
