what were you thinking with the drips? if you're doing an ink drawing why did you want to hide it? The drawing is good but the drips totally ruin it.

simplify the very bottom and most of the top, its too noisey plus the rainbow is corney, otherwise its a sweet concept, im a fan of the blue

Agree with most of what's been said: lose the blue background (especially the bottom drips) and the rainbow. Would go perfect on a light blue shirt. That said, nice work.
