using the black like that, almost as a very distant drop shadow, really makes the composition overly busy, IMO. I'd bring it in closer and just let it hug to that white. Kind of like the ram's head, but I've seen it before on a hundred t-shirts and high-school mascots, so it doesn't seem like anything new.

i think i'd like it better without all the crazy vines, or less of them.
the placement could be better, but overall it's a good shirt.
