The word JEST just means joke, as in:

"Surely you JEST madame!"

JEST means witty or joke, yes.
IN JEST sounds also like INGEST, which means to take into the body by the mouth.

It's a lovely design, but to be honest, even after your explanation it doesn't quite mean anything to me when I look at it. I do get what you're suggesting, I think, and maybe it doesn't help that I am familiar with the expression "in jest" so that it doesn't sound like anything else when I see it... I suppose I do get the outline of an idea of joking obscenity though. I just wouldn't want to wear it if I didn't think anybody would understand what I was trying to say.

Oh, wait. It's indirect humor. Sorry, lady, but indirect humor doesn't play well with the mob. If you don't spell it out using monosyllables, most won't get it. There is that aesthete elite who will...but let's face it, we hate them anyway. Posers.

Your typography could be better and the balance of the layout is a bit off, but it's still an nicely done illustration (much like the rest of your stuff) and a good idea.

If you're gonna imply blow-jobs, the link between lipstick & cocktail weiners is too vague at first (or nineteenth) glance.

see, the in jest already implies mouth, so why do you need the lipstick? i understand it has to do with the mouth.

i think its great. funny, and honestly, whose not gonna get it? the only reason i wouldnt buy it is because i wouldnt be aloud to wear it (im 15..)
