looks kinda grainy.....

Another case of an outstanding illustration with poor choice of type. Please find a typeface more appropriate. I made the same comment on another very good design.



You have this wonderful organic, curvilinear illustration, and then you choose a very manufactured looking text that just does not agree.



The actual text "My Burden" doesn't fit with this picture. I see a very beautiful picture fitted with a seemingful doesn't agree. I don't see much correlation between the picture and the words.



Along with fixing that, I would also boost the value contrast between the two tones that make up the face and the facial features.



Nevertheless, I really like this design. I would like to add this to my shirt inventory if it didn't have any text on it, or text that is more fitting.

Yo, thanks for taking the time to write all that about the text. I experimented with lots of fonts, and the actual illustration is so frilly, that I wanted to make it more unisex. I was leaning toward this font or Sybil Green (See dafont.com for illust.). What is my burden? Well, lots of things, always swirling around, but I'd like to make the best of them! The beauty of a burden is that it's all in how you carry it, not what it actually is.

Also, actual design not grainy at all.

i agree, the design is gorgeous, but the font and text need some sprucing up..or just not put text on it

I don't like the font - but the design is pretty - maybe a different mixtures of yellows as well

i honestly think you ruined the design by putting "my burden" on the bottom. take it off and i would buy it.

im going with having a issue with the typeface myself. and for some reason that doesnt look vector to me, it looks like the posterize feature in photoshop.
