I personally listen to canadian melodic hardcore bands when I need inspiration, but I imagine this girl is listening to something saucier,

I think it's a great design, but I would personally like it better without the doodles around. I think her pose is cool. Sorta funky stance :)

This is too big for a shirt. Although I would seriously cosider buying a shirt with a flying elephant on it. keep that in mind when doing your next design haha

I personally agree that the design should be smaller..maybe have the path she's walking on go to the end of the shirt?
