I think you should make the rope the whte color, the yellow makes it seem like a thread coming out of her nightgown, at least to me it did.

Like the idea, but before reading the comments I missed her lower body. I thought she was standing in water up to her waist or something.
It is ok to make her head unproportionally big (since it is a kid), but maybe add toe-tips coming from under her gown or a crinkle at the hem to suggest feet underneath. |

i like her alot, keep her big head and yellow string, glad to see another 'dark' submission, too many 'nice' designs around. check out 'butterfly licker' by hyphen8 for something scary too, don't know what goes on in his mind, but i like it! #5

my vote goes to khaki (light brown). Maybe experiment with chocolate brown for that darker night time feel.

I really like this design. While the dark blue does give a scarier feeling to the shirt, I feel that the khaki looks most aesthetically pleasing.

ah, and i love the khaki version! the girl's expression puzzles me though. looks almost gleefully shocked. i don't see much fear, only the door & stairs give me a tinge of what fear would be. a 5 though, if the girl could look less shocked i'd definitely get it (: |

That tan shirt looks really nice. The colour lets the stairs pop out better. I really like how you went from a white face, to midtone stairs, to a black door.
