About my design

Alright, this is my second attempt. Actually, I ignored all the comments people gave me because the image was faulted by my .gif saving abilities.
Problem solved now.

If you've ever done any print work with the emulsion printing process, those tiny dots will make the image look like it's been washed a lot of times... like you were into duck walking before everybody else.

Enjoy.

Whats with the spray paint-ishness? Its all gritty, there aren't any soldi colors... does that count as a gradient?

Bleh! I can't stand it on the red! I loved it so much the first time, but now there's a definite morbid element because the duck looks bloodstained. Please, put it back the way it should be!

I do like it, I'm worried that the red background might be too much. How about a softer colour?

This is an improvement over the last version. The size is better and the details will work out better. Funny idea and decent execution on the illustration. Not sure if it has all the elements to get printed, but it's worthy of a good vote.

the effect that you have there is better when you use a sponge roller and fabric paint
im not sure if threadless can print this kind of effect to this detail
and the red shirt really doesnt go here

I liked the original one, but maybe on a fawn or pink or even light blue shirt. not the red with the spray effect. i'd like to have a duck to walk

The design is mint. I like the idea of trying to sell it to everyone by saying that it'll "look like you were into duck walking before everyone else". It to me.
I do aggree the reds bad though, i didn't see it in its ear;ier creation, but i reckon it would have been better on yellow or something. DEFINATELY NOT ON RED!

Blue'd be better. But awesome nonetheless.

walking a duck with a leash around its neck doesnt work, I've tried, they always fall over and get all upset. I think it hurts them...

if you want wear patterns, photoshop has much better brushes for that than just the spraypaint. if you evened it out a bit, it would look really great, but until then its pretty obvious that its just a sloppy job of texturing.

and im not sure that threadless would spring for the spray, cause if you look at it, it gradients it from the middle out usually.

Cute! I'd buy it, $5.

It should have been a cat instead! People that walk cats are odd.

i don't like the duck. its too dead and flat, it causes the eye to cumpulsivly pull toward the upper left. its pretty difficult to look at. That said the pants portion of the upper left is rad.

Man walking a duck - that's a funny idea! I like the fact that the design is not centered, it makes it stand out.

Hahaha @ stealyourface's comment. I like the concept of the spraypaintyness, but I agree about having it on a different shirt color.

This is cool. I like this. It is what it is. If you don't like it. Don't but it.

make it a full person, lose the spray-can texture, and center the design.

I don't like the emulsion, especially on the red shirt looks like blood. And the black collar/leash makes me think its some sort of weird bondage thing (that may be just me though)...bloodstained bondage duck....

At any rate, I like the idea, but the whole spraypaint/emulsion thing just doesn't work for me, particularly on the red.
