I don't know why I like it so much, but I do. The placement's a bit weird, tho... I almost wanna say it should be lower...? Solid 4 from me.

Yeah, really strange concept. i'd even say its overreaching. When i saw that, and even after i read the title, i could only think of why graphics that belong on a webpage under construction would be on a shirt. it NEVER wouldve occured to me that the person wearing it is wearing it because they are "under construction"

I should have submitted this for that new contest about designers block. It kind of fits in. Oh well.

I think you guys missed the part where I said that the words Under Construction will not be on the shirt. So you won't actually be advertising that. Oh Well.
