I'd get rid of either the top row or the bottom row, other thasn that very cool design

top row or bottom row? I'm pretty sure that the larger on on the bottom is just so you can see it better. I don't think it's actually on the shirt.

the white splotches are a little odd to me. maybe i'm just a pervert.

I like the red and black, but just keep the top design.

Interesting, but without a title, the concept is lost.

Without reading the title, it's more like "sploogey, bloody, bubbly city."

If you must keep the splotches/circles/etc, could you have them be behind the city outline? If you can stand to get rid of them, please do. Granted, then it would just be a boring skyline... hrm... but yeah. I really can't stand having all the circley things crowded on top of it.

I would love to see it on something other than black.

this definitely has potential, but feels too busy, and too 'copy/ pasted' for making me want to buy it. get rid of the copy pasted windows and structure lines that reflect others and do original drawings for each building. also, it looks too tall. maybe if it were slightly more horizon based i would love it.
