It's mean a father pin bowling talking to his son. he says that life can be hard sometimes, that she can give him lot's of blows (we can see on his body), certainly he will fall, but he has to get up and make face to it (black ball of bowling= life)...

Good idea but...
So the saying is in French, which is fine, but already whoever buys this shirt would have to explain what it means over and over again to anyone that doesn't understand French. This won't be so annoying if the papa pin actually looked like he was giving advice to his son.
Having the text closer to the pins, either on the right or left of them, so that the graphic supports the text would be one way to do it, a speech bubble maybe, or even giving both the pins and the text a similar style.
Also for the pin graphic, try moving the smaller one closer to the father pin, maybe overlapping him in front and work on the shadows.
All this should make the revised T-shirt solid.

Well, 2 weeks ago, i'd submitted it in english, but the translation wasn't good, or it wasn't work in english...
here--> http://www.threadless.com/submission/34965/C'est_la_Vie...
and lot's of peoples suggest me to put it in french.

So now i try to submit it in french... sometimes it's fine to wear different words or language (we've got so many english words in our tee-shirt here in France ;) ). And maybe like that you'll have a fine conversation with somebody curious who wants to know, what's mean those two pin of bowling on your Tee :p

i know that "Chanel de Paris" shall be better french words onTee ... but there's a BIG COPYRIGHT !!! lol :)))

Yes, graphics are cool, just leave it in french and if the wearer so chooses to, they can explain it. i have to explain my tshirts sometimes, but as they say... c'est la vie!

If you're too lazy to explain your shirt to somebody you could always tell them you don't know what it means.

great shirt, great sentiment.

though i agree with the critique that that text should be supportive of the graphic.

perhaps, reverse the relative sizes, the pins more prominent and centerec, the text as a runner below.

just an idea, i like it regardless. 4.

Would be better without the french

i think this would be really nice if the font were at an angle and in script or cursive...alittle more artsy and less structured.
